的 Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on August 14, 2008, and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965, 经修订的(HEA).

What should I do if a solution is still not reached?

Immaculata大学 desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns expeditiously and fair manner. If the complaint cannot be resolved through the University’s complaint and appeals processes, the student may go to the Pennsylvania Department of Education; or Immaculata大学’s accreditor, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.

To comply with federal regulations, Immaculata大学 provides the following information to our prospective and current students:

Immaculata大学 participates in 联邦 student aid programs that are authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.
